May 26, 2026 – The 2026/2027 Benefit Year starts June 1, 2026.
Applications and payment for maintaining your previous years EHC and Dental level, dependent coverage renewal and dependent additions are due July 15, 2026. Please note that maintaining your previous year (25/26) benefit level applies to EHC and Dental only.
Payment Plan Options are available. Please return this form with your optional insurance application.
A reminder that premiums paid to maintain a previous level and dependent premiums are eligible to be reimbursed from your health care spending account.
